What $499 a month actually buys
Agency pricing is usually hidden behind a call. Ours is on the website, so this post is about what the numbers mean rather than what they are.
Standard — $499 a month
Social media management, three posts a week across two platforms, a filming day, CRM management, and a monthly strategy call.
The important item there is the filming day. It is what separates this from a scheduling tool — someone turns up, shoots your actual business, and that footage becomes the month's content.
This plan suits a business that has nothing running consistently and needs a floor: content going out, enquiries captured, somebody accountable for it.
Professional — $799 a month
Everything in Standard, then five posts a week across five platforms, calendar integration, landing page design, ads management, a QR code generator, custom intake forms, and a strategy call twice as often.
The real jump here is ads management. Standard builds presence. Professional adds a channel you can turn up when you want more work next month rather than next quarter.
Landing pages matter more than they sound. Sending paid traffic to a general homepage wastes a meaningful share of it.
Premium — $1,299 a month
Everything above, plus seven posts a week, full website design, live event coverage, email marketing, custom presentations, SMS and email templates, reputation management, and a weekly call.
This is the plan for a business with capacity to fill and more than one location, audience or service line to feed.
If you cannot currently take on significantly more work, this is not the plan to buy.
Paying annually
Annual pricing is $5,000, $8,000 and $13,000, which saves $988, $1,588 and $2,588 a year respectively.
That is roughly two months free at every tier. Worth taking only if you were going to stay twelve months anyway — and marketing at this scale genuinely does need twelve months to be judged fairly.
What is not included
- Ad spend. Management is in the plan. The money that goes to Meta or Google is separate and is yours.
- Additional shoot days beyond what the plan covers.
- Third-party costs — domains, premium tools, stock licences, paid directories.
Any agency quoting a monthly fee that silently includes your ad budget is making its cost per lead look better than it is.
How to choose
Not by features. By capacity.
Work out how many more jobs a month you can actually deliver, then buy the smallest plan that plausibly produces them. You can move up in month four with real data behind the decision.
Billing is in advance and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Shoot days may carry a deposit, because crew and equipment get reserved.
